MultiCellXML Benchmark Datasets
We include sample datasets for benchmarking future releases of this and related XML-based multicell agent data formats. These datasets are provided without license, aside from standard academic / scientific ethics of proper attribution.

Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) Datasets
MultiCellXML was originally developed to facilitate simulation of DCIS. Hence, our first datasets stem from DCIS simulation work.

Description: Each file contains a MultiCellXML file,
oxygen field data, and a level set file that indicates the
basement membrane morphology. The data stem from times
0, 15, 30, and 45 days in the baseline simulation cited
above. These files are packaged in a single zip file
for simplicity.
